IFCD 3 is governed by a five-member board appointed by the Irving City Council. Members serve staggered two-year terms. The board is a citizen-led, professionally managed and community-centric agency committed to effciency, effectiveness and transparency.
The board members generally meet each month at the Valley Ranch Association offices located at 8830 N. MacArthur Blvd., Suite 101, Irving, Texas 75063. Valley Ranch citizens and property owners are welcome to attend and encouraged to ask questions and share their views. Please visit the Upcoming Meetings section to view our meeting schedule. Meeting dates, times, locations and agendas are posted in compliance with state law. All meetings are open to the public in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.
If you’re interested in serving on the board, please submit an application to the City of Irving (click here to view application). Completing the application online will submit it electronically to the City Secretary’s office. Please also send a copy to Jacky Knox at jknox@dcurd.org.
Chris J. Calvery
President
Chris J. Calvery serves as the IFCD 3 President. Mr. Calvery is Vice President of Business Operations for WebTPA, a third- party administrator in the health insurance arena. A native of Irving, he has served on several local boards including the Irving Symphony Orchestra Association.
Doug Stephan
Secretary
Doug Stephan is the IFCD 3 Secretary. He has been a resident of Valley Ranch for 24 years and has actively volunteered in the community. He is currently on the Elementary Facilities Committee for Coppell ISD and serves as the president of the Valley Ranch Elementary Dad’s Club.
Shrinivas (Shree) Asanare
Director
Shree Asanare is the IFCD 3 Director. He has been a resident of Valley Ranch for 16 years and has 20 years of experience in architecting, deploying and managing Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning and Scheduling solutions.
William Correa
Vice President
William Correa serves as the IFCD 3 Vice President and the chief executive officer of Paragon Project Resources, Inc. Paragon provides program management, construction management and engineering services to public and private clients nationally and internationally.
Anna Arceo
Treasurer
Anna Arceo is the IFCD 3 Treasurer. Arceo is the founding principal of JAL Architect Group, Inc. with 18 years of architectural experience on various projects, including public schools, hotels, municipal projects and more.
